The Barn at the Springs

Located on Highway 112, the Barn at the Springs is a unique event venue within 20 minutes of most locations in Northwest Arkansas. Your guests will enjoy a feeling of seclusion while they are surrounded by more than 100 acres of classic Ozarks beauty and the rustic details of Barn at the Springs.

Our Event Space

Barn at the Springs offers many wonderful amenities and convenience on your wedding day.

All of our indoor spaces are climate controlled. No matter the season, your guests will be perfectly comfortable. You will also enjoy the separate buffet room, as well as an enormous-prep kitchen appointed with a commercial ice maker, refrigerator, warmers and a prep area. ​

A very special part of your day will be experiencing our “Bridal Suite”. It’s complete with six stations and beautifully appointed. The suite has plenty of seating and a private bathroom for the bridal party. Don’t worry — we didn’t forget about the guys. Our groom’s lounge is a man’s dream, not only to get dressed in, but to relax in until the moment he watches you walk down the aisle.

Our “Chapel Arbor” is a stunning venue for your outdoor ceremony. The Arbor is surrounded by wooded rolling hills and a spectacular sunset backdrop. Its’ 16′ peak and bronze chandelier perfectly frame you and your beloved. No Worries! We are able to make last minute changes to our gorgeous “Ceremony Hall” if weather is inclement. Our “Ceremony Hall” is complete with white shiplap, vintage chandeliers, and a panoramic countryside view to surround your wedding.  Arkansas weather is beautiful but unpredictable.  You won’t find a more convenient backup plan than our “Ceremony Hall”. You may even choose it as your first choice.

Event Venue Amenities

We feature an on site manager that will help guide you in the best possible way in the arrangement and setup of your wedding. Our Staff will make sure that every detail is taken care of.

You have access to forty 60″ round tables that can seat up to 10 and 450 wooden chairs that are padded and have a natural finish. There will be no need to rent additional chairs or move more chairs in after the ceremony to accommodate larger guest counts. We also provide 20 linens at no additional charge for our wedding packages. We have created large, custom wooden serving tables made from the original barn doors. Our brides love them and they can be a great addition to your day. The Barn also offers several other wooden occasional tables for your reception needs. The most special table of all, of course, is our “sweethearts” table, custom made with a beautiful finish that will stand apart from the rest.

We provide two staff members that will arrive at the start of your reception. They will bus tables, refill our provided drink dispensers, help cut and serve your cake, keep the venue clean, and manage the trash throughout the night. No need to make your family stay late or hire unneeded staff to clean up the mess afterwards. At the end of the night, our staff will also take care of breakdown and facility clean up. We have had wonderful compliments on our staff. One person stated, “The Barn staff were invaluable. They cleaned up and kept the night flowing.”

Not only do we have table decor, cake stands, and assorted decorations, it’s all free to you. Our brides may intermingle their own decorations with ours, or only use just ours. We feel less is more with our venue. No need to hide ugly walls, or fill voided space. Our decorations work great with your touch and style.
